Rachel Hutchings and Team explain How to Buy a 2nd Home more affordably in Today’s Market

Hello,
I've been saying this for some time now, "higher rates and home prices are causing real affordability issues for today's consumer".... and we need a solution and that solution is coming in the way of unique financing strategies. With this particular strategy, we're solving for affordability problems AND bringing more purchasing power back to you!
I understand, as a buyer of a Second Home, you might have exited this housing market in the past due to the combination of increased fear from recent economic news, higher sales prices and higher interest rates, but you can still win in today's market with the correct financing strategy. With inventory being at all time lows. most buyers can't find a decent home to purchase and, when they do, some can't afford to purchase it at these elevated interest rate levels.
That's changing at this time; the market is shifting and allowing more homes to come to market for potential buyers to purchase (not enough to fit our national or local inventory issues ) but that's only the first half of the problem. The second half of the issue we need to solve is the creation of affordable financing so payments are more manageable. Now, in these quick presentations, you'll see how we're addressing these two pressing problems and its where I come in to help you as a potential buyer.
So, we want to introduce you to a unique strategy called the Seller Buy Down and talk about how to buy property more effectively and, most importantly, more affordably. We'll show you 3 re-entry points examples on the right side of the page, based upon your budget. This is how we can bring affordability and purchase power back to you and help you re-enter the housing market.
In addition to the financial presentations to the right, here is a recent presentation we did on the Top 5 Reasons to Buy Today. The strategy to move forward is clearly spelled out in this presentation! https://www.willishomeloans.com/presentation/68606/.
There are also other presentations on that website for you, if you want some additional education.
